good store but not so great... lack of service

All good, excellent price

My experience at this place was awful. They made me wait from early in the morning, promised a refund that never came, and then said I could use it to exchange it for something else, but they never gave me any information or a real solution. The employees are completely incompetent; they lack class and manners. In the end, they simply stopped responding, and I had to leave because I couldn't take it anymore. Honestly, they ripped me off. They don't deliver on any of their promises and have no respect for their customers. With this kind of service, it's clear they've lost me forever. May God punish them.

Good service and a wide range of items (ceramics, wood, pipes, metals, mixers)
