Their repair technicians are incredibly irresponsible. They supposedly replaced a part on my washing machine, but two months later, it had the same problem. I contacted them again, writing at 8:20 am. They replied at 11:54 am and said they would send a technician. At 4:41 pm, they told me the technician "forgot" to come, but that they were sending one. He didn't do the repair that day and was supposed to return the next day at 8:30 am. Around 1:00 pm, he came and replaced the part, but by 1:42 pm, the washing machine was no longer working; it was showing the same error it had before they "repaired" it. I've written to them several times, and they don't even respond anymore. This happened on Friday; it's 10:00 am on Monday, and I'm still waiting for a response. In short, if you need a technician, call somewhere else. You'll save yourself time, money, and a lot of trouble.
