I've been to Milky Way twice, and they're out. The display cases are empty, with only a few portions on top. The one I bought today didn't look fresh. The meringue looked frothy. 🤮

I bought the all-cream one and it was horrible 😭 I don't know what was worse, the frosting or the filling, and the dough was like puree 😔 Oh my God.

First of all, the customer service was terrible. The girls working there acted as if you weren't paying for the product and ignored you. Another problem was that they didn't offer quotes and refused to assist people via WhatsApp. When I arrived at the branch, one of the girls was at the register using her phone, and the other was standing around as if no one had even come in.

I've been there several times and the customer service at this branch isn't the best. The girls assist you as if they're bothered by serving you, or as if you're interrupting their space.

Customer service was practically nonexistent, even though the place was empty and the employees acted as if we were bothering them or they were in some kind of rush. I'm a regular customer of that bakery; I have to say the main one has better service, but the one on Tiradentes is terrible.
