The quality of service has declined considerably. I've been with FixoCargo since 2020, and the service used to be very good and efficient. Lately, it takes them up to two days to update the information on packages arriving at the warehouse, and I know this isn't the fault of the employees who work here, but they also don't respond when customers try to contact them. I'm truly disappointed to see how the service is deteriorating. I don't think I'll recommend them or use them again.

Fixo Julieta is the coolest branch! The service, the warmth, the speed! The efficiency! Laura, who is an important part of the team, always answers my questions and is always willing to help me track my packages and keeps track of all the merchandise I order! I wouldn't trade them for anything!
