It was a decent place! Very clean and organized but the service could be better!!

THE SLOWEST COURIER IN THE DR. In my experience using different couriers like BM Cargo, EPS, and Flypack, this is the SLOWEST courier I've ever used. A package delivered to the United States takes anywhere from 3 days to 1 WEEK for them to mark it as received in Miami. This doesn't just happen with USPS packages, which couriers usually have to pick up from a warehouse; it also happens with FedEx and UPS, which make direct deliveries. But the slowness doesn't stop there! When the package finally arrives in the country, it spends a whole DAY in distribution. Furthermore, the cost per pound is higher. For comparison, I brought a 9-pound package that cost me $2,536.03, while with another courier, I brought a 10.47-pound package and paid $2,163.00.

This courier service is stealing packages. UPSP doesn't deliver directly to their warehouse, and it takes 1-21 days for delivery. Days go by, and all they tell you is irrelevant. They send outdated documents and never provide a clear answer to the customer. I've already had two incidents like this, and I need to file a complaint against them for being thieves. I don't understand why these packages take so long to show up in the system. In the end, you lose thousands and thousands. Don't keep ordering from this courier; there are better options.

Since 2021, I've used Fixo Cargo's service, and my experience has always been excellent. Deliveries were fast, the home delivery was very good and free of charge, and I never had a complaint. However, about three months ago, the quality of service noticeably declined. Packages now take a long time to be registered as received in Miami, and once they are, shipping to Santo Domingo takes two to three weeks. On the other hand, I want to emphasize that the customer service and delivery staff at the San Isidro branch are always very attentive and provide excellent service. Unfortunately, the logistics in Miami have become a complete disaster. With great regret, I had to choose another courier service. I sincerely hope they can improve their logistics process in Miami and return to being the company they once were.

I really like the service they provide; they're very friendly, charge a fair price, and are super fast with deliveries. They're always on top of things and make sure everything is resolved. I love it! 😍
