Did a gel French muanicure on Tuesday and today is Thursday and it’s gone. Waste of $30 The reach out to me to redo my nails but I already left to the united states. They offer me a refund only if I delete my review on google what a joke I refused to delete my review so I didn’t get a refund

Place is cute, but customer service is not that good

I booked an appointment for a scalp head massage and honestly it was amazing!! Super relaxing. I give 4 star bc the staff are constantly on their phone and I had to remind them or ask for someone every time a treatment was done. ( this was after the scalp massage as I got other services too. Overall I will def come back.

Terrible! The salon is very “cutesy” but that’s about it! 9.9 out of 10 salons in Dominican Republic will give you the blowout of your life! Mine was just average …mind you my hair is very easy to style. I had a nail appointment that was supposed to be done simultaneously- appointment was a 2pm but we asked if it could be moved to 3p which they said was fine - as soon as we checked in, I asked about the nails, they said it’ll be done shortly aftwr the hair was washed…2 hours later we were still waiting. It’s a lack of respect for a clients’ time and absolutely unacceptable. I had an event that evening to which now I’ll have to go w broken nails and be embarrassed of them…I could have done both my manicure and get a better blowout close to my place…I followed Tik Tok/social media and regret it. Dont waste your time and money
