I needed a car for my stay at Santo Domingo, Flax rental car, was close to my hotel, the two agent in the office were very polite and understanding. The process of getting the car was fast. The vehicle was not new but in great condition. It was easy to talk to the office people. I had a flat tire, came to the office and within 5 minutes got another car. When I‘m in Santo Domingo and will rent a car, I always will go back here. The car was good, the service excellent. Very friendly and always a fast response. Good instructions while pick up the car and a very efficient return. My advice - pay cash it’s easier

Service and cost were good! But the car rented (sonata 2018) had many issues, driver window didn’t open at all and front glass broken among other issues… of course I wasn’t blamed for any of these issues, they would not scam you which is good… But such a car should be fixed before given to customers…

Wow, I have never been out of the country and rented a car. Clonise was so amazing and helpful. Even though there was a minor issue with the car… she swapped it out and got me a new one, without any hesitation. When I come back I won’t go anywhere else to get a car.
