I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a wedding from abroad. This is the worst floral company. The company employee Sydney was very unprofessional. I ordered flowers for a destination wedding in Santo Domingo. Company asked for shipping address a month before the wedding. They never mentioned that there would be an extra fee. A few days before the wedding Sydney sent an email requesting additional delivery fee. This is one thing, but the flowers that they delivered were the complete opposite of what I originally ordered. So many components were missing. One day before the wedding, Sydney sent an email stating: "we were not able to do the exact same arrangements as the pictures but we tried our best to do it as similar as possible. We really hope you like them". Total disappointment! Additionally, they delivered the boutonnieres without pins. It was a total disaster. I warn anyone that plans to order flowers from this company from abroad.
