I had a very disappointing experience with this flower shop. I placed an order for my mother's birthday, and while she thanked me for the gesture, she let me know that the quality of the flowers left much to be desired. The yellow flowers arrived damaged, and the roses were wilted. I contacted the flower shop to inform them of the problem, hoping for a solution or at least a proper response, but instead of addressing my concern, they simply responded with an excuse about their business hours and never addressed my complaint. Customer service is fundamental in any business, and unfortunately, this flower shop doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction. I don't recommend buying from them if you're looking for quality and good service.
