Great service, wife was on vacation in a nearby town, called to send flowers and chocolate, owner recommended great chocolates. Do not speak English, but with the help of WhatsApp and Google translate we got it all squared. Definitely recommend.

I ordered half a dozen red roses eight days ago, paid for them, and was told they would be ready. They called me at 4 o'clock, and just as I arrived, I saw them give what appeared to be my order to someone else, and they gave me back roses that were white and almost damaged. They are not professional; don't buy from them.

Beautiful arrangements but terrible customer service. After ordering an arrangement in advance and scheduling delivery for 1:30 pm, we even went to pick up the order and it still wasn't ready. They ended up sending it at 5:40 pm 💀 I understand that on "special" days demand is high, but it's the business's responsibility to handle that and not leave customers waiting for deliveries 🤡
