Terrible organization of deliveries. A delivery was arranged 10 days in advance for 10 am, but it was delivered 5 hours late. This completely ruined the moment and the occasion for which the flowers were intended. I will never buy from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I'm a loyal customer, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. A rude employee in the production area provided poor customer service. They need to provide more training for their staff and make them understand what it means to work in customer service!
