Good service. Parking is a bit inconvenient. Very good prices, and a great variety of flowers and arrangements for every occasion.

The first thing is that they very rarely answer the phone. I don't understand why they give out three numbers if they don't answer any of them. The lack of customer service and the lack of class and consideration for customers is unbelievable. I placed an order early in the morning. Since I live abroad, I called to confirm they had received it. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. Around 4 pm, I called again because the arrangement still hadn't been delivered. The employees couldn't tell me the order number, where it was, or its status. They asked me to give them a few minutes and call back. So I called again… I had to call at least 15 times (no exaggeration) before someone answered. Again, they didn't know anything about the order and told me they would call the delivery person to see where it was and would call me back. That was at 5 pm. By 6 pm, no one had called me back. Again, I had to call at least 10 times and message them on WhatsApp to see if they would reply. They finally told me the order was on its way. Honestly, my experience with this florist leaves much to be desired. They completely kill the mood and excitement of sending gifts. I placed the order in the morning so it would arrive during the day... not for dinner. I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone. They made my day miserable and ruined the surprise.
