Ordered two last minute flower arrangements for my mom for Mother’s Day and they did an exceptional job! Courteous, professional, warm, friendly. The person who I spoke too at this Florist was extremely rude! I live right down the street and I always see the shop while driving by, so I decided to go there to see if I could get some flowers for my mother. The woman attending the shop refuses to let me in and asks " What do you want?" . It's a flower shop so obviously I'm looking for flowers. So I ask her if they sell flowers and she says " We don't have any right now" and she closes the door. I learned that my father also went there a different day to try and get flowers for my mother, and they treated him the same way. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed with your employees.
