I'm giving it zero stars because I can't. You, the person reading this, I'm not telling you to believe me, I'm just telling you, do your research before getting involved. This company is a LEGAL scam. Yes, a legal scam because what they're actually supposed to do, they don't do: THEY DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE, they *DIRECTLY AND SHAMELESSLY* help the insurance company avoid paying for vehicle damage, and the most important law they apply is FORGETTING. So be careful, this isn't over.

My experience with them has been quite disappointing. They are dishonest and, on top of that, irresponsible. When they make a mistake, they blame the customer in a way that borders on recklessness. How can a customer be held responsible for them not doing their job, all so they don't even fix the vehicle? There's a clear collusion between them and the insurance company to avoid taking responsibility.
