I can't believe a place can have this level of disrespect to the customers, I came asking for a simple request get 3 pics printed and framed. After requesting what we needed, we proceed to pay and then one of the workers told us we needed to wait 25-30 minutes for it to get ready. We proceed to wait as told, people come and go and there's no answer, after around 35 minutes waiting , we asked if the job is done, they said “not yet”, 1 hour later we asked again, and the lady on the counter said she doesn't know how long it's going to take for the pictures get done. The amount of disrespect they have here is RIDICULOUS, they laughed at you in your face, ignore you and make you wait with NO ANSWER AT ALL. I will NEVER go back there, you cannot treat customers like that, SHAME ON YOU.

When I entered the store I asked the security guy where did I go to print some pics and after he asked, he told me to stand in line. There was only 2 employees behind the counter working while the others where have a nice conversation resting against another counter. People kept coming in and going all over even standing in front of me since there was no papers to take your turn and no clear line to stand and wait to be called. After about 30 minutes waiting I just left and went somewhere else

They have good products an excellent prices.
