I rented a car at this branch and was assisted by Lorraine Mirkeidys who did not give me the document with the conditions of the vehicle (damages present, tank level, miles driven etc.) assuring me that she would email it, but she never sent any email. I decided to select only the basic insurance, and l left a deposit with my credit card of $3,500 to cover possible damages. In addition to this, she forced me to sign an unfilled “Acknowledgment of liability for severe damages contract”, otherwise she would not deliver the vehicle. Upon return of the vehicle, with no damages, she refused to fill out the contract indicating that the vehicle had been returned with no damages. Lorraine was unprofessional and very arrogant; I have rented many cars in different countries around the world and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Europcar to be avoided.
