Good afternoon, I'm writing to let you know that on October 12, 2024, I sent a box overflowing, and my family received it slightly overfilled and repackaged differently than mine. In the Dominican Republic, after doing that, they don't answer the phone and ignore messages. The Dominican Republic has problems with box deliveries.

This company is very irresponsible regarding on-time deliveries. We waited almost two months, and a detergent container was punctured, flooding many things. The tank arrived bent from the rough handling it received. When we called to find out where the tank was, they said it was already on its way, and it took another two weeks to arrive. Everything said in these comments is true. Please do not use this company. If you are American, ask first which company will be used in the Dominican Republic before sending anything.

This company has very little ethics towards its customers. They lie about shipments and arrival dates. They tell you the boxes are out on the street and that they'll arrive in the afternoon, but days go by and nothing happens. That's neither responsible nor ethical. It's better to be honest and not give the customer the runaround when they call with a lame excuse.

I'd like to inform you that in November 2022, we shipped several items from Hazleton to the Dominican Republic through this company, using a tank we had purchased, after having received several boxes efficiently in previous orders. From December to February 2023, we were tired of calling and following up, and after several excuses, we were told that the shipment was inside a van being held by US customs along with other shipments and that we had to wait for its release. Well, it turns out that in February we finally received the tank, and I decided to open it before the employees left, and to my pleasant surprise, the tank arrived practically empty. The only things we received were some of our used clothes and two or three pairs of shoes; everything else inside had been stolen. Despite our complaints to both this establishment in Santiago and in Hazleton, and despite my family going to the Hazleton location where we had placed the shipment, we only received the information that the owner was in the Dominican Republic investigating what had happened and that he would contact us. In short, to this day, no one has even contacted us to acknowledge the situation or offer any compensation, and we're now almost $1,500 short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR MERCHANDISE. THAT'S ALL.
