Terrible service. They advertise one price and then try to charge double. They misspelled the name on the dedication twice, and even when I pointed it out, they delivered it anyway. The flowers weren't fresh. And when you complain, they get offended. There are other florists with better prices and better service. If you come across this flower shop, run as far away as possible.

Their WhatsApp service is TERRIBLE. You message them to place an order, pay 50%, and then nobody responds. I had to go in person for someone to talk to me. You pay 100%, and on delivery day, NO ONE shows up by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order status.

I placed the order last week for today, February 14th, and on the day of delivery, no one appears to answer WhatsApp or IG, much less calls. If they answer your calls, they give you a number that doesn't even work. The last thing that happened today was that they answered my call, and the guy who answered told me he was going to check on my order, and minutes later, they turned off their phone. Anyone ordering for the first time thinks it's a scam. It's 3 p.m. and I still haven't received any response regarding my order, and on top of that, I was disappointed with the flower delivery. Terrible, terrible.
