Nice concept visually, but poor execution. Not truly kid-friendly despite the gamer theme—the gaming area wasn’t usable and menus are QR-only. Drink options were limited, food was below average, and service felt disengaged even though the place was empty. The concept has potential, but the experience doesn’t match the marketing.

Amazing and fun location. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is excellent and very flavorful.

They are not prepared for a high flow of people, long delay in the preparation of the food and the staff is a bit distracted.
