They are completely irresponsible. They tell you they'll deliver your clothes on a specific date and time, and when you go to pick them up, they're not ready. The first time I requested their service, I had to wait 35 minutes because they told me they'd deliver it at 5:00 PM, and when I arrived at 5:00 PM, they weren't ready and didn't know where it was. I dropped off a uniform on Wednesday, and they told me they'd deliver it on Thursday at 6:00 PM. When I sent someone to pick it up, they hadn't even washed it, and after waiting 40 minutes, they finally admitted they hadn't washed it—clothes that had been there for over 24 hours! They don't have the courtesy or responsibility to at least give advance notice that it won't be ready so you can take it somewhere else to get it serviced. This was my last experience with them, and I expect a refund because I will never use their terrible service again.
