I tried to get details for a tour. Person helping didn’t want share information and was extremely rude. I don’t expect this kind of customer service. You lose money by having uneducated rude person handle your WhatsApp. Who talks to a customer like this?

The tour in general was great. A good chauffeur and bus. The experience itself to Cayo Arena was amazing. The food in the restaurant can be better and the restrooms too.
