They told us the process would take about 4 hours, but the service was incredibly fast: we arrived at 9:50 a.m. and were leaving before 11:00 a.m. The team's efficiency was impressive! All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional, which gave us great peace of mind. They also gave us a free anti-hairball malt. I wholeheartedly recommend this Foundation.
