Friendly and well-trained staff, tremendous customer service, I recommend it 100%.

Very poor service. We placed several orders with them, specifying exactly what we wanted, and they sent us something else, sometimes at a different price, and they still refused to issue a refund.

Excellent place! The decor is beautiful and the customer service is great. The staff are so friendly! And they basically have everything you need for decorating, birthdays, and any other special occasion you can think of!
