I was a patient at this clinic and I want to share my experience constructively. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., however, I had to wait for a considerable amount of time (more than an hour and a half just waiting), which isn't the first time this has happened. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but these kinds of delays seem to be a constant, which demonstrates a lack of respect for patients' time. Furthermore, I believe there are aspects that could be improved, especially regarding organization, professional care, and certain hygiene details that are concerning. I would appreciate it if you would take these comments into account to optimize the patient experience.
