Family of 4. The Airbnb location was comfortable for a large group(sleeps at least 8 if not more). Parking was included which was a big help. WiFi was strong. Now the issues, the roads to the location full of potholes a sedan can work but some type of SUV is better. The Airbnb seemed dirty(seemed empty or vacant for a while), heavy musty smell, 2 out of 3 bedrooms had an AC unit, some of the ceiling fans were not working and light fixtures needed fixing, the location had 2 bathrooms ( 1-had no working lights so to use the bathroom you needed your cellphone flashlight and the door open but good water pressure. 2-bathroom had working lights but no water pressure not even enough to flush the toilet correctly. They had a light sensor that needed to be readjusted, it shut off every couple of seconds so while showering with the poor water pressure was causing an issue.) Needs a touch up of paint, a couple of nail holes exposed. If these issues within the Airbnb are fixed I believe this location can be at least a 4.5/5.0.. Especially when the roads are fixed.
