Very nice, kind, good service

A disaster. They have absolutely no regard for the client. Files are abandoned without any control, and if the client doesn't call them daily, they don't process them. In my case, I made all the necessary payments, filled out and submitted the forms, and they didn't process them. Three days before the appointment, they hadn't processed anything, and that's why I missed it. They have absolutely no service standards.

Very attentive staff and good customer service.
