The place is too small and also they CHARGE if you want to try the GYM. They Charge me $200 just to try it out and the receptionist has an aptitude not very... let's say no friendly
Very good place with very friendly staff . You don't have to wait to use equipment, they have plenty of everything. Very nice very neat , very clean , and the trainers are very helpful when you ask them for help. If you truly want a place to work out when your in town this is the place for American!!! Great gym!!
Really like this place. It’s a bit rough, but the staff are nice enough and you can join for just 1 month if needed. There’s fans and equipment is kept clean. Staff speak some English if needed, and you get in using a fingerprint. They’ll likely make you pay a sign up fee which is quite expensive if you’re only signing up for one month, that’s the only downside. I think it ended up costing around 30-35 USD for the month, so not cheap, but convenient and never super busy. I was visiting around 2-3pm each day.
Oh I loved working out in this gym. They offer day passes for 200 pesos and while it’s small, you have everything you need for a good workout: Squat rack, benches, heavy dumbbells, lifting bars, many machines for all body parts, cardio equipment…I went there late mornings between 10-11 and it was never busy. The trainers and also the people working out there are very friendly and helpful but leave you alone if you don’t need help. I will return when I am back in Santo Domingo.
Its the best gym. Trainers are great especially samuel who is the spinner instructor and Johnny is exceptional in weight training. Every friday you can invite a friend for free. Yoga classes are every morning Music is always on par and everyone takes care of everyone. Great enviorment.
