Although I showed up without an appointment, they started working on me right away. The workers were friendly, accommodating and gentle. The manicure and pedicure came out beautiful! (I took off 1 star since the nails started chipping 1-2 days later. Maybe the manual work I was doing contributed to it? I’m not sure.) Given how nice the nails look and their excellent customer care, I will be returning when I visit Santiago again. 😊
