GREAT SERVICE, FAST, AND GREAT PRICE!!!!! They offer fully Samsung certified service, regardless if the device is on warranty or not. This people really know what they are doing, they are not the typical guy in a desk with a couple screwdriver, they have all the hardware and equipment needed to repair your Samsung, also they offer warranty for their service.

You should provide details about the device's status, whether it has been diagnosed, what they found, if it's covered under warranty, what you expect from the supplier to resolve the issue, and how long you anticipate delivering any missing parts. Remember that many people use their mobile phones for work. These comments are intended to contribute to improvements, not to harm the company.

I never thought I could find such excellent customer service in the Dominican Republic. I had to bring in my S23 Ultra because the screen was broken. It was in a state I considered practically irreparable, to the point that even after installation, it had some issues. They didn't hesitate for a moment to remove and reinstall the screen as many times as necessary. They stayed with me the whole time and found more than four ways to solve the problem. They always maintained impeccable ethics, are very professional, and reassured me that I would leave happy one way or another. And that's exactly what happened; now my phone is better than new. The manager even handled all the necessary procedures and worked on the phone himself (it's worth noting that everyone is very professional). The work is impeccable; there are no signs of replacement, no visible glue around the screen, and even its IP68 rating (water and dust resistance) is intact. And in Dominican slang, "they didn't give me the runaround, they found a solution." And since many people take the time to make negative comments sometimes, we should also take the time to share the positive ones; these people are professionals and know very well what they are doing.
