We visited this clinic because a family member suffered a head injury, and it was the closest one. Instead of focusing on providing care, the staff repeatedly emphasized that it would be very expensive due to the size of the wound. Then, it took a long time to see the patient because they were disorganized; they had to search through many drawers in a cabinet to find the tools and thread needed for the stitches. They have many areas that need improvement to provide the service expected of a medical center. I would not recommend it!
It doesn't look like a clinic at all, and the service is terrible. I went there with my baby for what was supposed to be an emergency, and they never attended to me. In the end, I had to go somewhere else; they don't even accept insurance. It gave me a very bad feeling.
The cost was exorbitant; they charged me 13,800 pesos (I was admitted for fever and headache, and they diagnosed me with salmonella). I was only there from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (11 hours), and they performed five tests on me, including blood and urine. A public rip-off!
They must train staff to provide humane treatment to patients.
If I could give fewer stars, I would. I went to get evaluated and they didn't even touch me. They just asked me what I felt and wrote it down on a piece of paper. It feels more like a hotel than a clinic.
