We were trying to buy a Dolphin tour on Tuesday 17th December for ourselves and two little toddlers. The representative told us we should book the tour for Wednesday if the weather wasn’t good on the day, we can change the tour for Friday for a better weather as we have 1 year and 2 years old. We were happy with the promise and bought the tour. On Wednesday, it was windy and raining, when we went to their office, they said they cannot change it. Their manager accepted their rep has lied to sell the tour and fill it out for Wednesday. We ended up in miserable and rainy weather with a really bad experience, especially for kids.
