This is the worst place to rent a car. In short, they practically rob you blind. They'll even try to change the vehicle you chose, and once you've paid, they tell you that you have to pay for another insurance policy. They tell you to find another company if you want, but they don't refund your money. They're despicable, especially one guy at the front desk who will try anything to get your money back. I recommend that you do not rent from this place. We came with a prepaid reservation for a car and comprehensive insurance, and the owners told us that the insurance we had paid for on the website they advertise on was invalid. They were asking for €500 for 15 days + €1,000 if something happens, or €800 + €100 if something happens. We felt very scammed because I had a prepaid reservation that said I had comprehensive insurance. We are now trying to recover the payment for the car and insurance, but we don't know if they will refund it. It's unfortunate. If you want to avoid unforeseen events and disappointment, I do not recommend it.

TERRIBLE!! THEIR BUSINESS MODEL IS A SCAM! YOU HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL DAILY INSURANCE OF $49 USD OR THEY CHARGE A $5,000 USD DEPOSIT, WHICH TAKES 15 TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE REFUNDED AND INVOLVES A LOT OF PAPERWORK. AND THEY ONLY TELL YOU THIS WHEN THE RESERVATION IS ALREADY CONFIRMED AND YOU CAN'T CANCEL IT.
