Place is absolutely dead before 1am and only starts getting busy around 2 to 3am. The prices are reasonable, perhaps a bit overpriced for Carribean standards. They treated foreigners relatively well with the exception that everybody from the doorman to the bouncers to the guy who did nothing but bring a cheque and say ‘No Amex’ only to later backdown and take Amex will ask for a tip.
Worst club ever! I arrived there around 2 AM on a Tuesday night and place was empty. Doorman invited me to sit and stayed right in front of me until I buy some drinks. I was with my woman and they wanted me to buy at least 10 beers to be able to continue to sit where I sat. I am not a big drinker so I would not be able to finish them all so he told me to stand up and drink on the dance floor instead if I buy less than 10 beers. Finally, I stayed for about 30 minutes and left because all is about money in this club. They do not care about people and customer service is non-existent. They see tourists as walking wallets like vultures who are looking for their first meal of the day.
Do not go if you’re black American or black in general- racist. I attended the club it’s on the second floor of a casino. There was approximately six bouncers at the entrance. They Advised me it was 500 pesos to enter which was cool. Then they recognized I didn’t speak Spanish and the price went up to 5000 pesos. That is over $100 American… Is that reasonable?… the security at this night club is racist and looking to make money for themselves because they think they are powerful by way of allowing people into the night club that is not worth it. It’s pretty much people sitting at tables smoking hooka and very small.
I Would definetly recommend this place to persons who are looking to have a fun long night out . Security highly enforced . Mixed of spanish, and rap music. Great atsmopshere.
