Terrible experience, second and last time I order anything from them. They let us down with the corporate gifts we had ordered. Lack of follow-up and no consideration from the Lawrilis seller.

The best service in the country for everything related to engraving. I had a bad experience; while other companies charge quickly for their services, at Grabo Estilo, you have to wait for some guy (engineer), I don't know if he's the owner or manager, to show up to sign an invoice before you can pay. In other words, if he goes away for the weekend, you have to wait for him to reappear to pay. What kind of efficient service is that?
