The place is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and I liked the service too. The restrooms are in very good condition. The only thing I'd mention is that they should be more attentive to cleaning the tables after each use and dusting the furniture because bread crumbs often remain. They could also check the floors because a lot of bread crumbs fall there, either from the food itself or from people throwing it around.
We love brunching on weekends, and Granier Arroyo Hondo is a great option in the area. The atmosphere is pleasant, with good lighting and a comfortable space to relax. The food took a little longer than expected, but it was delicious. Interestingly, the place was quite empty, but the staff was still incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We'll definitely keep going back, because it's the perfect spot for a relaxed weekend brunch.
Excellent service, my Serrano ham toast was delicious. I hope to return to the other branches.
You can have a great experience here, or a bad one. It's all about knowing what to order. Items I'd order again: the mini chocolate snail, the Turkish pastries, the spinach net, and the Argentinian croissants. Items I won't order again: the mini butter croissants and the granary pastries. Item I'll give another try: the majarete. It tasted excellent, but it had a grainy texture. I don't know if that was intentional. I'll have to go back and check. Also, the place is very spacious and beautiful.
