Very knowledgeable tour guides. They provided umbrellas during our tour when it rained and had an abundance of knowledge about the history of Santo Domingo

Arrogant people. They came over 90 minutes late to pick us up from the airport in a different car that what I paid for. And refused to come at scheduled time to pick us up from the resort- their explanation was that they know better how far is the airport and when to pick us up. Rude&arrogant. Promised to refund the return trip- never did.

We used Gray Line to book a six hour trip with Road Runners Excursions . The trip to Higuey and the Dominican countryside was marred by a "horseback riding" segment, which was disturbing in its use of underfed and overworked horses, who looked like they were virtually starving. We are going to report this to the Humane Society of the US, as well as Westin Hotels, which allows Gray Line to have a desk. We ask that Gray Line look into this immediately.

A tour company that does not call a destination to verify it is open. Charge us &350 dollars drive us there only to find out it's closed. We wasted our day and money because the operator did not call to verify . She was not a helpful person. We are visitors not locals. She Should have known to check as a local professional
