Complete disappointment. I took my pet for grooming and they didn't respect my instructions as the owner. My dog ​​had long hair and a problem with knots on his chest, neck, and legs, which is what I wanted to correct. Even though I told them not to cut the hair on his head and back, they gave me back a shaved head. Perhaps it was easier and faster for them as a business to do it that way, but as a pet owner, it's a huge trauma because it wasn't a medical issue, it was aesthetic, and my pet's appearance is my decision, not theirs. I definitely would never go back, and I don't recommend any place that doesn't respect the owner's instructions.
