Not a good experience. I've had to come here a few times since I bout my vehicle and there's always an excuse and a catch for everything. You pay full coverage and spend crazy money to upkeep your vehicle to then have terrible experiences with these dealerships. I had an appointment for 9am. Just for maintenance service. I get there at 8:45am. And waited there for 3+ hours to only receive a dirty vehicle. They had the audacity to tell me that if I wanted it washed I'd had to wait until after 1pm because they went to lunch. How long does an oil change and diagnostic take on a Bestune T77? Really?
Good people and great service.
Terrible experience. Mr. Dario Lama, owner of the company, I'm ashamed of what I'm about to say. I bought a Terralord three years ago, and it has spent more time in the shop than on the road. At 5,000 kilometers, the water pump belt had to be replaced, and the car hasn't run well since. As a result, the shop broke part of the engine and repaired it with cement made of steel and plastic, without consulting me about the damage at the time. I only found out about it two years later (photo attached). On three occasions, the car has been towed to the Grupo Avant workshop. The workshop manager convinced me to bring the car back, promising to fix it. Now he says it's due to wear and tear on the vehicle, which has 60,000 kilometers and only three years of maintenance. For the record, when I bought it, it was a brand new car with the initial three-year warranty. In conclusion, the car is still broken, the company isn't taking responsibility, and I feel ripped off.
They're very attentive and friendly when selling vehicles, but any problem afterward turns into a nightmare. Don't buy the vehicle unless you're a good lawyer or work for a consumer protection agency.
Maintenance costs are constantly rising, and there are always new problems after each service. I suspect they're secretly replacing parts. The repair service is particularly poor.
