Very good service and ease in almost all metal materials for contracting and in metal and other general contracting work

Terrible service. You call and request a quote, and they don't send anything. We went there the first day because they hadn't sent the quote, and according to them, their hours are until 5 pm, but at 4:40 pm they were already closed. After several days, we wrote on Instagram, and the person who never sent the quote called us immediately, saying she would send it shortly. By 4 pm, we still hadn't received anything. We sent the truck again, and it arrived at 4:35 pm, but the cashier was gone; she had left. The person who was supposed to send the quote wasn't there either. We called the main office to report the problem, and it's practically the same as the branch. They told me the manager had also left. Very, very, very bad service, absolutely terrible.

They resolved my issue and delivered the merchandise to my house very quickly and efficiently.

They don't ship on time, they're irresponsible, and then when the customer claims their rights, they argue with the customer, trying to make them feel guilty and evade responsibility for their lack of professionalism in customer service.
