Horrible
A very nice experience. They treat the patient with kindness, from the receptionist to the specialists. Especially Dr. Juanico Cedano, and the entire Tilt test team, Franklin and Maria. It was a pleasant experience. I should mention that at first I was nervous because I didn't really know what it was about, but then they explained the procedure to me and talked with me until I was able to relax. It's a risk-free procedure; you just need to relax and cooperate. It was truly a pleasant experience for me. Thank you for your attention. 🙏
I had read the reviews and they fell short. The receptionist was completely uncooperative. I asked if they had an advanced lifeguard or where I could get a wheelchair, and she told me to go find one myself and take it if I could. There were two ramps that were incredibly difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, and the elevator was cramped. When you get to the second floor, you'd find yourself in a public institution, a corner store, or a fried food stand with much better customer service.
I wasted time waiting from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. only to be seen for 22 minutes. During the consultation, my case wasn't thoroughly examined, I wasn't given a chance to properly explain my symptoms, and I left without any helpful guidance. I feel frustrated because I wasted time and money without receiving the guidance I expected.
They'll do your tests, but the customer service is 3/10. The doctors and all the staff are more talkative than anything else and easily spend the whole day there.
