I was the victim of terrible service from a company with almost 75 years of experience, and it's unacceptable. I waited 45 days for a response and service for a problem with my 2022 Kia Seltos—a noise coming from the steering wheel. They spent all that time evaluating and checking without ever identifying the problem. Their customer service is the worst, taking far too long to provide a single answer that never came. I had to take my vehicle and seek help elsewhere, where they told me what the problem was in less than 30 minutes. It's outrageous how poor the service is, especially considering the warranty you have and how you don't receive it. If they can't handle the demand, they shouldn't have scheduled the appointment in the first place and told me when it would be available. Besides, they weren't honest in diagnosing and resolving the issue. I've decided to trade in my vehicle and never deal with that company again. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy; they're the worst service company I've ever had.

I went to that center to pick up a filter and oil for maintenance, even though I had a quote; and they took over an hour to deliver those two components! There were few people there, but they simply don't care about their customers' time!
