Congratulations! 👏🏼👏🏼 You have a large group of people very dissatisfied with you as a construction company because of the Opus Santo Domingo case. You treated us terribly and even ended up blocking our phones. Thanks for everything. My partner and I reserved a property in January 2020 with the goal of starting a life together and creating a family, and today, June 28, 2022, two and a half years after the project went on sale, construction still hasn't started. The excuse given is the company's inability to obtain the necessary building permits, and who knows what other reasons they haven't mentioned. After so much waiting, price adjustments, and even after completely redesigning the project for a much lower quality one to save costs, today you informed us that the project was sold to another construction company without prior notice. You notified us with a letter that practically disclaims all responsibility. Since we bought the property, they've never been able to set a start date and have only given us excuses and stories about delays. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this construction company to anyone.

Two and a half years after reserving an apartment with this construction company, the project remains unfinished with no start date. After countless unjustifiable excuses, changes to the project design to reduce costs and quality, price increases, and the inability to obtain all the necessary permits to begin construction, we were informed that the project had been transferred to another construction company without prior notice, and they disclaimed all responsibility for the project.

It's unbelievable the lengths to which they'll go to cover up their poor management as a construction company. Even their own family members and employees are the only ones who leave positive reviews. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone invest in any project with this company. They've spent over two years selling a project they never even started, thus ruining the plans of many people. While they're paying rent, they're also paying for a project that doesn't even have a start date. If that weren't bad enough, they sell the project without any prior notice, leaving buyers in the hands of who-knows-who and without any answers, since they just hang up on them.

They are completely irresponsible. I reserved an apartment in 2020, and as of 2022, they haven't even started construction. They've been saying for two years that they're waiting for permits and they don't give the client accurate information. And now, on top of everything, they've transferred the project to another construction company without notifying anyone and washing their hands of the whole thing. You have to call and write yourself to find out how things are going because they don't provide any updates on their end... The worst construction company I've ever done business with. 👎
