I bought a laptop from this store, and in just four months, I had to take it to the repair shop four times for various problems. From the start, the computer didn't work properly. When I requested a refund, the staff refused to process it, claiming that "the laptop isn't faulty," despite the repeated service calls and returns. Instead of offering a real solution, they gave me excuses and dragged out the process without any results. This experience cost me not only money but also time and trust as a customer. I don't recommend buying devices here. To avoid problems, it's best to buy them elsewhere.
