Gym Alfa y Omega, better known as El Patio, is a very complete, welcoming, and comfortable gym in every way. The people who go there are very respectful and friendly, and there's a great sense of camaraderie and fellowship. They have all the necessary equipment to work the different muscle groups you want to achieve your dream physique. It's an excellent gym for both men and women, whether you're an expert or a beginner. 100% recommended. 👏🏽✅
