Excellent, it's large, with a good pool and the rental price is affordable.

The place is nice, except for the (neglected) bathroom, but the path is in bad condition, and if it rains it's just puddles and potholes. There are also a lot of flies and they have cats, an important detail for those who don't tolerate them well.

Excellent. It's a very welcoming place that provides peace, relaxation, and a great family atmosphere. The children have plenty of space to run and play.

The place is pleasant and ideal for spending a nice time with family or friends. Some key points before arriving are that access is a bit difficult, as the entrance is through a narrow, one-way street, which is even in poor condition. Aside from that, I would recommend this place.

The green area is fine, but the other areas are neglected and in need of repair and maintenance. The pool water was also poor; the surrounding area has a slippery floor that's dangerous, and there are few chairs or seating options. The place needs improvement; I wouldn't recommend it for a day trip for 50 people.
