Good service and nice personal.

I've always received excellent service for both hair and nail care. They do the best blow-dried waves at this salon, and the staff is friendly and very professional. It's a bit far from my usual route and where I live, but it's a salon I'm always happy to visit because of the quality of their services and attention.

I've been getting bikini waxes for over 20 years, and this was the worst. Normally, I don't feel any pain, but now I have bruises! I only asked for the sides, and she only needed to follow the existing lines, but she put the wax everywhere I didn't want it. When I paid, I mentioned all of this, but they still charged me the full price. If they had offered me a discount, I wouldn't have written this. I'm never going back there again. Update: The manager contacted me. She fixed the area and gave me a credit for my next appointment. I'm much happier than I was yesterday.

Great service, the staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent advice. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money.
