This hotel has a convenient central location, just a short drive from the Cibao International Airport and perfectly positioned to experience the vibrant city life (Restaurants, shops, landmark are all within walking distance). What really stood out was the warm and friendly staff. From check-in onward, they were genuinely attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome even during a busy work schedule. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and my room provided a comfortable space. The view from room was pleasing, and the rooftop restaurant is a welcoming relaxing space. Rooms are well designed, bathroom and shower very spacious, and on the higher-end spectrum compare to typical USA based Hampton hotels. Overall, it was a very pleasant and seamless stay that combined practicality with a personal touch of hospitality. I’d happily return for future trips and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

This is a very interesting Hampton by Hilton. These line is a 3 star hotel, however the local owner has upgraded to a 4 star hotel in order to be competitive in the area. The rooms itself have been up grated to the next level to be very superior to what to expect from a local US line. The food is out of the ordinary when thinking to a hotel restaurant, making it a one to one with top restaurants in the area. The roof top is cozy , well designed to provide the closest and best view of the iconic Santiago monument. Just across the street from it. The hotel location is a perfect location to the top local restaurants at a walking distance and if you are looking for business location , it is conveniently located to the city center, where the major attractions are located. To my surprise , the personnel attention ,kindness and professionalism call your attention from check in, orientation, room accommodations and restaurant/ bar service. Finally the room price is even more competitive than other hotels within the area that don't have the same level of luxury and convenient location. By the look of these reviews, this is the place to be! We’ll be arriving for two separate stays in a couple of weeks to celebrate our 13th anniversary and my wife’s birthday. Really looking forward to a relaxing vacation and will update our review after our stay! ***UPDATE*** Completed the first stay and now back for the final stay. My room was with the monument view which we loved. Parking is super convenient and the check in process is as smooth as can be. Thank you for the generous welcome gift to start our special trip and thank you to all the staff that made our overall stay so special, and btw breakfast was fantastic. Will be enjoying this last night then hitting the road. Thanks again!

My experience while checking into the Hampton by Hilton was extremely uncomfortable due to the conduct of the receptionist, Gabriel. I found him to be unprofessional and discourteous throughout the interaction. He initially informed me that he would keep my passport and return it when I exited the building. However, when I left, my passport was not returned, and I had to go back into the hotel to request it. During this exchange, he spoke to me in a manner that I found inappropriate and disrespectful. As a guest, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and courteous treatment—especially regarding important personal documents such as a passport. This hotel is located in such a beautiful country, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
