Needs more lights... it's hard for pick colors, cause when you can't see clearly the colors you really want change outside.
First and last time I'll go to that place. It looks great online, but the reality is quite different. I arrived at 4:30 and waited two hours to be seen. The girls were arguing about who would do the work because they wanted to leave. I decided to get something simple so as not to bother them, but they filed my nails badly. They ended up with crooked, unfinished nails, and they cut my finger with the file, leaving them shorter than I asked. They used the speed clipper to finish quickly, and my nails hurt from how hard it was. It's not cheap, the service is terrible, and the place looks neglected. I don't recommend it.
Today I went to get a pedicure and the experience was terrible. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, except for Nicauris, who treated me very well. The receptionist was extremely classist, with inappropriate comments for someone who works with clients. They didn't even open the door for me when I arrived; I only came in because they did it for someone else. The place is not what it looks like on Instagram: unsanitary, full of crying children, a strong smell of acrylic, and high prices that don't justify the poor service. They don't honor scheduled appointments and prioritize other clients out of favoritism. I definitely won't be back.
I've been 3 times and they've done a terrible job. The second to last time I went, I think it was the owner who attended to me and at least she did a decent job, but I can't say the same about her employees. I went for a pedicure and they left my feet almost the same.
The girl who helped me was very friendly but did a terrible job; my nails hurt all over and she cut them quite short. On top of that, she charged me much more than they should have been.
