It was a joy to rent an SUV from this location. Karla was upfront with the prices and insurance. The whole process was quick and smooth. I recommend covering yourself with the full(premium) insurance policy if you are going to drive in the Dominican Republic. On average I paid about $100 a day. Don't go cheap here, having full insurance in an accident will mess your whole trip up. I have rented and driven cars in many countries around the world and it's good to know you're covered for any damage that might occur from the chaos called driving in Santo Domingo. I rented an SUV which was practically brand new. Having the pickup and drop off at the Sheraton is very convenient.
