Excellent courier, you can register on their page and you will see your package status and it's one of the cheapest courier.

Great service

They're thieves. I ordered a package using the Miami mailbox address they gave me. The package was delivered to that Miami address six days later. When USPS confirmed delivery, they claimed they hadn't received it. I filed a claim with USPS, and they provided all the information and proof that it was delivered to them. But the package never turned up. They stole a $90 item. When you contact customer service, they just copy and paste the same information over and over without verifying anything at all. I absolutely do not recommend them; they are 0% unreliable.

It's a good courier service, with a good price of RD$199 per pound (not rounded up). The only drawback is the delivery time, which they need to improve, but for the price it's acceptable and I recommend it. If the service improves after the pandemic, I'll update my review.

I initially liked their service because it was very cheap. But they changed their Miami warehouse, which is the address where you send packages. They told me that if I already had packages on the way, not to worry, they would get them. I had two packages whose tracking information said they had moved the warehouse and were returned to the sender. I never received them. But a third package worth US$110 said that someone had received it, a certain J. Mejia. I contacted Gispaq in Santiago, at their main office in Santo Domingo, and at the Technoship warehouse they used in Miami to receive packages. Nobody helped me. They just said I should contact the person who sent me the package because they didn't know this J. Mejia. They never found the package. They didn't do anything to help me. I had to do everything on my own. The owner wouldn't show his face. I only spoke with the employee who delivers the received packages. And I found out that one of the reasons they are so cheap is that they don't have insurance. If your package doesn't arrive, you don't receive anything. Other companies I've used offer refunds. I consider myself very lucky that I only lost a total of US$130. I once bought a television through them. I could have lost more. In short, I don't recommend this company to anyone. What you save might end up costing you more.
